80-acre Mixed-Use Project for NW Hillsborough

• Completed in 2001, this 80-acre site at three different intersections presented a multitude of opportunities. It is mixed use with Wal-Mart, retail, restaurant, bank, storage, and 450 units of residential.
• It was developed in the same time frame as the Citrus Park Mall (just a mile west on Gunn Highway) and brought much-needed retail and other services to the Northwest Hillsborough County / Odessa sub market.
